Super lightweight, one owner lovingly cared for and upgraded, incredibly solid aluminum france construction, this particular bike is aged circa 2005. The frame is wonderfully stiff, the aluminum is double butted, eliminating the "flexing" common in older steel tandems. Paint color "Candy Apple Metallic" in fantastic condition and durable. Overall condition is very excellent with the following comments - calioper brakes squeak but can be easily "toed in with adjustment, tire walls mildly frayed, lizzard skin brand bar wraps have some wear. Front cockpit upgraded with bar end shifters, bell, lizard skin brand wraps, and newer "JONES BAR". Stoker seat has Thud Buster upgrade to smooth out bumps. Built with a stiff, lightweight aluminum frame, it remains a fantastic, highly regarded machine for smooth road handling and climbing. It is a beautifully built bike that is highly sought after by tandem enthusiasts who appreciate a lightweight, responsive ride without the frame flex of older steel models. Enjoy the miles on it!
