We bought this fantastic bike from Tandems East 25 years ago. It's time to pass the fun along to the next generation of tandem enthusiasts. This 1999 Cannondale RT3000 road tandem is a one-owner bike in excellent condition. The size is L/S with 20” front and 17” rear seat post lengths. The color is eye-catching metalflake dark green and dark purple depending on light angle, with a black fork and rear triangle. Components are Shimano Ultegra and XTR. To control speed on long descents there is a rear drum brake controlled by the captain’s left pinky. Other extras include a tandem adapter rail that attaches to your roof rack, Topeak rear bag, Ortlieb handlebar bag, frame pump, tool kit and 2 hi-vis rain suits.
