WANTED: Electric Tandem

I am leagally blind and have been since 1966 when I was 11 years old. I and my sister both got the eye disease at that young age. It is a common eye disease for people in their later years but not common for children. The tandem bike is the solution for people of any age with an eye disease as long as they have someone with good eye site to ride upfront. This is what I am hoping for. My cousin got this eye disease in her later years. Prior to that she and her husband enjoyed riding their own bikes with each other. Her husband is recovering from a heart operation. I would like to get them an electric tandem bike so that they can pedal until he is ready to engage the motor. Can you please help me?
