- This tandem’s gearing is set up to pull a loaded trailer; gearing (triple chain ring, XTR rear derailer) is for steeper hills. We used this bike for touring with a Burley trailer in our earlier years.
- Has drag/drum break for steep descents, which is operated by the stoker.
- Captains deck: has new (only used for a dozen rides) Selle Italia Gel Flow seat and FSA Carbon handlebars.
- Stoker deck: Cateye Bike computer, RockShox spring loaded rear seat post, bull horn handlebars (for stoker position comfort) with cushioned handlebar tape.
- Rear rack with Jand gear bag
- This has been a great bike, is in excellent condition, has been taken care of, received regular maintenance and is a blast to ride. We are just getting too long in years to enjoy it anymore.
